China Ministry of Transport has released the Provisions on the Administration of Road Transport of Dangerous Goods for Publish Consultation

1 Apr. 2021, China Ministry of Transport has released the Provisions on the Administration of Road Transport of Dangerous Goods.

The Provisions cover seven parts, they are:

• General Provisions
• Permission for Transport of Dangerous Goods;
• Management of Special Purpose Vehicles and Equipment;
• Road Transport of Dangerous Goods;
• Supervisions
• Legal Liabilities
• Supplementary Articles

The Provisions on the Administration of Road Transport of Dangerous Goods is still subject to public consultations. Related enterprises may give their feedbacks to the Ministry of Transport before 1 May 2021.
