CIRS Exhibits at The American Coatings Show and Conference, 2022

From April 5^th-7^th, CIRS was ecstatic to exhibit at the American Coatings Show. The American Coatings Show, to those who may be unfamiliar, is held in Indianapolis, Indiana, and takes place in the Indiana Convention Center. The event brings industry professionals together to expand their knowledge of the latest technology trends for the coatings industry, as well as: addressing sustainability, regulatory patterns, and forecasting upcoming regulations.

Manufacturers, distributors, compliance experts, transporters, and all other service providers were well represented at the event. Among all these exhibitors, CIRS was represented by Jim Mo and Christopher Ketchum of our Arlington, VA office.

Although CIRS was not a speaker at this event, our American office was able to educate many curious manufacturers and formulators on recent and upcoming regulatory hurdles. The most popular questions pertained to China REACH, GHS compliance, EU REACH, and K-REACH. Other markets that were commonly brought into question were: Australia, Japan, and India.

With our strongest background of knowledge and support specializing in EU, UK, China, Taiwan, Japan, and Korea, CIRS continued to share our knowledge of chemical registrations, inventories, and how to enter these markets within the boundaries of compliance. Whether it be OR services, technical support for dossier submissions, GHS services, or newly implemented VOC reductions in China— our goal was, and always will be, to simplify the processes through our one-stop compliance solutions.
