Regulatory Summit USA will be held at Washington D.C during October 27-28. Session
1 on day one focuses on TSCA reform in the US, and Session 2 looks at other
developments in North America, including State level activity, GHS
implementation together with updates on the Canada Chemicals Management Plan
and the U.S. green chemistry initiative. On Day Two, session 3 focuses on
global developments including updates from China, South Korea, Taiwan,
Australia and the Middle East. This is followed by an update on REACH and the
2018 registration deadline together with latest news on EU ROHS2.
In the 2nd day morning of summit, CIRS will give a speech on Updates of MEP Order 7th and
the reform of Decree 591 in China, which main involves Chinese chemical
legislation, case analysis and practical experience under MEP Order 7th.
