Enterprises of New Chemical Substances in China to Submit Annual Report and First Activity Report

29 Jan. 2021, China Solid Waste and Chemicals Management Center released the notification to submit first activity report and annual report. Under the requirements of revised Provisions on Environmental Administration of New Chemical Substances (MEE Order No. 12), certificate holders of simplified registration and regular registration under MEE Order No. 12 need to report their first activity within 60 days from the date of first manufacturing or import. Certificate holders of hazardous new chemical substances under priority environmental management need to report their manufacturing and import status of 2020

Reports submitted online will be accepted only. The online submission starts will be expired on 1 Apr. 2021.
