Please visit the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System to check whether the public information of your enterprise matches exactly with the information you have provided. Common errors include:

- (1) Confusion between Chinese and English parentheses in the enterprise name.

- (2) Confusion between the digit '0' and the letter 'O' in the Unified Social Credit Code.

- (3) Presence or absence of spaces in the enterprise name or the legal representative's name.

If you still cannot successfully register after checking the above issues, use the "Contact Us" page on the homepage of the NMPA's government services portal. When providing feedback, include the legal entity's information (enterprise name, Unified Social Credit Code, name of legal representative, and identification number of the legal representative).

2. What should I do if the message "Legal Representative Real-name Authentication Unsuccessful" appears during the registration of a legal entity account, or "Real-name Authentication Unsuccessful" appears during the registration of a personal account?

- (1) Please download the "CTID" (Resident Identity Network Trustworthy Credential) app from your mobile's app store and activate it using the "Identify ID Card" method. Once successfully activated, you can re-register.

- (2) If registration is still unsuccessful, please use the "Contact Us" -> "Consultation on Government Services Portal Usage Issues" section on the homepage of the NMPA's government services portal. When providing feedback, please include your identity information (name, ID card number, start date of ID card validity, and expiration date of ID card validity).

3. What is the role of the mobile phone number provided during the registration of a legal entity account or a personal account?

The mobile phone number is used for SMS security verification during registration, login, password recovery, mobile number change, and password modification. For legal entity accounts, the mobile phone number is also used to receive SMS notifications for the issuance and renewal of electronic licenses and certificates. The mobile number provided during registration must be a mobile number from mainland China.

4. How should one fill in the expiration date of the ID card if it states "long-term validity" during the registration of a legal entity account or a personal account?

If the ID card expiration is marked as "long-term validity," there is no need to fill in an expiration date for the ID card.
