Personal Care Products cover an extensive range of products such as cosmetics, toothpastes, soaps and hygiene products.
Enterprises may determine the category of one product based on the definition, claiming, the functional ingredients and the HS code of the product. To successfully export personal care products into China, overseas enterprises must fulfill different Chinese regulations for different personal care products.
