Training Course: Managing Cosmetic Ingredients in China

from CIRS by

Training,Course,Cosmetic,IECIC,CSAR

Introduction

This online training course will give you valuable and up to date information on the management of cosmetic ingredients and finished cosmetic products in China. Course subject matter will include sections on the Inventory of Existing Cosmetic Ingredients in China (IECIC), new cosmetic ingredients and cosmetics compliance under the Cosmetics Supervision and Administration Regulations (CSAR), and a look at important secondary regulations.

On 29 June 2020, China’s State Council issued the CSAR (National Order No 727), signifying that China has entered a new era of cosmetic regulation innovation. Quickly completing pre-market access and entering the Chinese market will become a challenge for foreign enterprises. The Chinese National Market Product Administration (NMPA) established a complete supervisory system for cosmetics to ensure safe use and promote the healthy development of the industry.

This course will provide the latest information on the basic framework of regulations covering Chinese cosmetics, and let you know how to get your products onto the market there. It will also help you identify your pre-registration and post-registration obligations under the new regulations, and highlight what needs to be registered, as well as the general registration procedure and its data requirements.
