Introduction
Enterprises have long been troubled by the fact that imported prepackaged foods are destroyed or returned because their ingredients are not in compliance with Chinese food regulation. Since there is no positive list for food ingredients in China, it is really difficult for oversea enterprises to check if the food raw materials and additives used in food are Chinese regulatory compliant or not. With the goal of helping enterprises to have an overview of Chinese food ingredients, this webinar will introduce the allowed food ingredients in China, explain how to check if the food ingredients can be used in specific products, and give suggestion on the unapproved ingredients.
