The CLH public consultation lasts normally for 45 days (unless specified otherwise). At the end of the consultation period, the comments received will be compiled into a list. The list will then be annexed to the opinion of the Committee for Risk Assessment (RAC).
If the CLH is appropriate, the Commission will submit a draft decision concerning the inclusion of that substance in Part 3 of Annex VI to the CLP Regulation (Article 37(5) CLP Regulation).
