Adam Hembrecht, Junior Regulatory Consultant, CIRS Europe

Adam is a junior regulatory consultant from CIRS EU based in Dublin, Ireland. He mainly focuses on the chemical regulations in the EU and UK. He graduated from Dublin City University (DCU) with honours in 2016 holding a degree in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Science. He continued in academia, carrying out an MSc through research in Stability of Peptide cross-linkages in Monoclonal antibodies with Technological University Dublin (TU-Dublin Tallaght). Following this he spent a year in the Quality department of the largest contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) in Ireland ensuring the quality of raw materials for pharmaceutical processes.

Xiang Li, Business Development Manager, CIRS Europe

Mr. Li Xiang is based in our European office in Dublin, Ireland. Li obtained his B.A. in Business and Law from the Technological University Dublin (Formerly DIT). Li has been living in Europe for over 10 years, and has many years’ experience in practical law and business law in Ireland, bringing a wealth of legal expertise and great public speaking skills to our Business Development team.
