K-REACH Annual Report System will be Shut Down from 30 March 2019

According to Article 8 of the Amended K-REACH, the obligation of submitting an annual report under K-REACH has now been removed. The annual report system will be shut down from 30 March 2019.

The annual report, which documents the uses and quantity of a substance, was to be submitted to the Ministry of Environment (MoE), and applied to manufacturers, importers or sellers of existing chemical substances (>1 ton per year). The report could also be accessed by the enterprise in order to check records of their substance.

If a company wishes to check or save its records, it is recommended to access the system prior to this date and download the desired data.
