Significant changes have taken place in the chemical industry in Asia-Pacific in the past year, for instance, the release of the Toxic Chemicals Strictly Restricted from Import/Export, the release of the Prioritized List of Substances to be Subject to Control (1^st Batch), the updates on GHS as well as the release of the KKDIK and the amended K-REACH.
